Terrassi Living Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes")Official Sweepstakes Rules Eligibility:No purchase is necessary. Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Tenants and contractors of Center and each of their respective employees of Country Club Plaza, JV, LLC , as owner of the regional shopping center commonly known as Country Club Plaza Shopping Center (“Center”), employees of The Taubman Company LLC as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to enter or win any prize(s). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws. No limit to the number of entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one prize per household.Sweepstakes Period:The Sweepstakes begins May 22, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time and ends May 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Registration for and use of Instagram and other Instagram applications are subject to Instagram’s terms and conditions and Center has no responsibility with respect to such registration. Comment on the @countryclubplaza sweepstakes post by tagging a friend.Alternately, you may enter Sweepstakes by emailing your name and phone number to the Center at countryclubplaza@taubman.com. Emailed entries must be received by May 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Use subject line Terrassi Living Sweepstakes. No phoned or faxed entries will be accepted. Entrants agree to be bound by all Sweepstakes rules. Prize(s):On or about May 30, 2024, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to select one (1) winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The following is a description of the prize to be awarded to the winner:One (1) Terrassi Living & Scandia Home gift certificate valued at two hundred fifty dollars ($250). See store for details. Restrictions may apply.Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Center reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified by public posting on the sweepstakes post and by private message if available or by email. Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize. Prize must be claimed no later than June 30, 2024. If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then an alternate winner will be selected.Limitation of Liability:By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the Center is final. Center will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Center shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.Center is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online Sweepstakes registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, postage due, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Center’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Center reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of Center and The Taubman Company LLC, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winner(s) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prize(s).General: Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Center and its affiliates to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation.Privacy:Unless an entrant has selected to “opt-in” to receive the Center eBulletin and other marketing information from Center on the Sweepstakes registration form or official entry blank, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Center or any third party.
